Friday Frivolities

Good mawnin', er'body. Who's ready to whip some Tennessee tail?

I sure hope that's the case. I'm hosting a viewing party at my abode and a couple of guests will be sporting their DOT vests cheering on the enemy.

Various blogs are posting points that we are about to face a competent QB (albeit w/ very little help at WR or TB) for the first time since week 1 (notice I left out Reggie Ball, er, I mean Garcia).

The only thing Tennessee about me tomorrow will be my drink of choice, Old No. 7.

Speaking of numbers, Coach Richt will be gunning for his 100th career win. I can't think of a better time to get it for him.

Onto the TV shows: FX premiered American Horror Story this past Wednesday. While I was eager to see it, my heavy eyelids would not cooperate, so I am going to catch it on the DVR this weekend. Everyone that I've talked to has said it is "weird, but good". Alrighty, then.

I finished up season 3 of Breaking Bad (the season 4 finale airs this Sunday) yesterday. Let me tell you, this is a riveting show. Do like I did, get on the Netflix, Blockbuster, OnDemand, or whatever else you have to do and get on board. It's absolutely fantastic.

NBC cancelled The Playboy Club, which looked pretty stupid to begin with. I just wonder how many idiots tuned in thinking they would actually see nudity.

High comedy on The Office last night. Even though I missed Mr. California, I love seeing Jim getting busted doing something dumb.

I haven't seen any movies lately, mainly because nothing looks worth a damn and I'm spending my $ now on UGA-related tailgates, trips, etc.

Enjoy your weekend & whether you're heading up to Knoxville or staying at home, bark loudly and often.

Onward & upward...and GO DAWGS!
