Week 6 PRR Training

Week 6 (3 days)
  1. jog 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes (1 interval), repeat 5 more times for a total of 36 minutes
  2. jog 3 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat 6 more times for a total of 35 minutes
  3. walk 5 minutes, jog 5 minutes, repeat 1 more time for a total of 20 minutes

Bonus Day

  • start to track a pace - find a one mile course and jog/walk it as fast as you can and mark your time. Do an additional 30 minute walk
