Week 10 PRR Training

Week 10 (3 days)

  1. jog 7 minutes, walk 3 minutes for 3 miles (make note of total time)
  2. jog 7 minutes, walk 3 minutes for 3.5 miles
  3. jog 6 minutes, walk 4 minutes for 4.0 miles
Bonus Day
  • jog one mile, then run one mile as fast as you can, recording both times.  
My Update:
38 mins on GM Tues
2 miles Thurs
90 mins Sat (Urban Beer Hunt Race through downtown Denver, team finished 13 out of 135 and won $25 bar tab)
4.5 miles Sun
