Week 11 PRR Training

Week 11 (3 days)

  1. jog 7 minutes, walk 3 minutes for 4 miles
  2. jog 6 minutes, walk 4 minutes for 4.5 miles
  3. jog 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes for 3.5 miles
Bonus Day
  • jog for 20 straight minutes, as slow as you need to without stopping, walk 10 minutes after  
My Update:
Wed - 5.5 miles
Fri - 3 miles
Sun - 6 miles
