Week 7 PRR Training

Week 7 (3 days)

This is a very long program so don't get too worried if you're behind but if you are on schedule, you should be developing a very good base by now. Next week (8) will be a recovery/catch-up week and then we'll start doing some training by mileage.
  1. jog 4 minutes, walk 3 minutes (1 interval), repeat 4 more times for a total of 35 minutes
  2. jog 3 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat 6 more times for a total of 35 minutes
  3. jog 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes, repeat 2 more time for a total of 30 minutes

Bonus Day

  • walk 20 yards, jog 20 yards, sprint 20 yards all in a row, no breaks and repeat for 5 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes and repeat, rest for another 2 minutes and repeat. Cool down with a 5 minute walk
