Week 9 PRR Training

Week 9 (3 days)

After 8 weeks of building a base, it's time to start increasing distance and pace.
  1. jog 6 minutes, walk 4 minutes for 3 miles (make note of total time)
  2. jog 6 minutes, walk 4 minutes for 3 miles (try to match or improve on time)
  3. jog 6 minutes, walk 4 minutes for 3.5 miles

Bonus Day

  • do at least an hour of cardio, combining multiple exercises - suggestion is 20 on a bike, 20 walk, and 20 on an elliptical or maybe an hour of tennis
