Week 12 PRR Training

Week 12 (3 days)
Last catch up week, next week will begin the final push to 10K

  1. jog 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat for 4 miles
  2. jog 8 minutes, walk 2 minutes. repeat for 4 miles
  3. jog 9 minutes, walk 1 minute for 3 miles
Bonus Day
  • half mile loop, jog 5 times trying to get faster each time - take a 3 minute walk in between  
My Update:
Tues - 6 miles
Thurs - 6 miles
Sat - 6 miles
I have 5 weeks until 10 mile race so I need to add a mile a week.
