Week 14 PRR Training

Week 14 (3 days)
  1. jog 9 minutes, walk 1 minute, repeat for 5 miles
  2. jog 9 minutes, walk 1 minute, repeat for 5.5 miles
  3. jog 5 miles, only walk when needed but keep moving and try not to walk for more than 1 minute at a time
Bonus Day
  • 3-2-1's > walk 3 minutes, jog 2 minutes, sprint 1 minute, repeat for 30 minutes
My Update:
Mon - 3 miles
Wed - 7.5 miles
Fri - 3 miles
Sun - 7.5 miles
