Week 15 PRR Training

Week 15 (3 days)
  1. jog 4 miles, only short walks when needed
  2. jog 5 miles, only short walks when needed
  3. jog 6 miles, only short walks when needed
Bonus Day
  • walk 10 minutes, jog 10 minutes, repeat for 70 minutes
My Update:  more excuses, I had a mild gout attach on Monday, so needless to say, I didn't get to run until Friday
Fri - 8 miles
